Orders for Christmas Delivery

The last order date for Christmas delivery depends on the destination where you are sending the order.

Mainland UK Destinations
Orders received before midnight on Saturday 17th December 2011 will be despatched in time for Christmas delivery based on the assumption that the Royal Mail and our Couriers meet their delivery promises.
Orders received after midnight on Saturday 17th December 2011 will be processed and despatched, when the online shop re-opens on Monday 9th January 2012.

European Destinations
Orders received before midnight on Wednesday 7th December 2011 will be despatched in time for Christmas delivery based on the assumption that the Royal Mail and our Couriers meet their delivery promises.
Orders received after midnight on Wednesday 7th December 2011 will be processed and despatched, when the online shop re-opens on Monday 9th January 2012.

International Destinations (outside Europe)
Orders received before midnight on Saturday 3rd December 2011 will be despatched in time for Christmas delivery based on the assumption that the Royal Mail and our Couriers meet their delivery promises.
Orders received after midnight on Saturday 3rd December 2011 will be processed and despatched, when the online shop re-opens on Monday 9th January 2012.

UK Delivery
For UK mainland orders we have a staggered delivery charge depending on the value of your order.

Orders of £3 or less - Delivery Charge £1.50
Orders between £3.01 and £20 - Delivery Charge £2.99
Orders between £20.01 and £65 - Delivery Charge £3.99
ORDERS OVER £65 - Delivery FREE

The majority of our orders are despatched within approx 2 working days or less. If you require your order for a specific date, please mention this in the message box during the order process or email us. During busy periods such as Christmas depatch times may be slightly longer.

International Delivery
All international orders are normally sent by AIRMAIL.

For delivery outside of the UK the postal charge depends on the destination. The charges are summarised in the table below and are based on a maximum parcel weight of 1.5kg.

(If the parcel weight is above the 1.5kg limit - we will inform you of the additional charge and you can decide if you wish to proceed with the order).

Cheaper Option
If you are not in a hurry then a cheaper option for heavier orders is to use surface mail This normally takes between 4 - 8 weeks depending on the destination. Contact us for rates.
